How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in Austria and Germany within 1–3 working days.
Deliveries to other countries, including Italy, Switzerland and the UK, normally take 2–5 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Austria and Germany: €5.00
- Other EU countries, Switzerland and the UK: €6.50–€7.50, depending on the destination
- Free shipping for orders over €100
Note: delivery will be made reliably within the stated timescale.

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. Gloves can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and undamaged, and the protective film has not been removed. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
What is the returns process?
- Please contact our customer service at info@goat-keepers.com or use the contact form in the shop. Include "Return/Exchange" and your order number in the subject line .
- You will receive return instructions including a shipping label .
- After inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the new size.

My glove arrived damaged – what should I do?
Please send photos of the damage to info@goat-keepers.com within 48 hours of receipt, or use the contact form in the shop. Include "Complaint" and your order number in the subject line .
Our customer service will review the case and provide a free replacement if the complaint is justified.
What is considered a production defect?
- Open seams upon receipt
- Detached latex patches, unused
- Defects without external influence
What is not considered a valid reason for a complaint?
- Normal wear and tear from training
- Cracks caused by improper care
- Grip wear after repeated use
How does a complaint process work?
- Send photos and descriptions to info@goat-keepers.com Alternatively, you can use the contact form directly in the shop. In the subject line, please include "Complaint" and your order number.
- Review by our customer service within 48 hours.
- In case of a justified complaint: replacement or voucher.
- In case of an unjustified complaint: explanation of the reason

How do I find the right size?
Measure the length of your hand and compare it to our size chart. This will help you find the perfect fit.
How do GOATkeepers gloves fit?
Our models have a close fit, typical for Pro-Cut styles.
If your size falls between two sizes , the following guidelines apply:
- For a close, professional fit: choose a smaller size.
- For more space when using tape: choose a larger size.
